Movement no. 1 is performed lying supine on a carpeted floor. You need a grapefruit-sized foam ball.
Movement no. 2 is performed lying supine on a carpeted floor. No equipment is needed.
Movement no. 3 is performed lying supine on a carpeted floor. You need a grapefruit-sized foam ball.
Movement no. 4 is performed sitting or standing. No equipment is needed.
Movements no. 5 and 6 are performed lying supine on a carpeted floor. You need two small cork balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter).
