Movement 1 is performed sitting on a chair or standing. You need a small cork ball (about 2.5 cm in diameter).
Movement 2 is performed sitting or lying supine on a carpeted floor. No equipment is needed.
Movement 3 is performed lying supine on a carpeted floor. You need a grapefruit-sized foam ball or a small cushion.
Movements 4 and 5 are performed lying supine on a carpeted floor. No equipment is needed.
